Healing America

Healing America City by City, State by State

As a result of a record number of people in our seminars last year who were learning the exciting answers America’s Founders had for our problems today, probably the most oft-generated question was: What can we do about it?

Such a question brought to my mind the counsel of former Secretary of Agriculture Ezra Taft Benson, who spent eight years in the Eisenhower Administration defending constitutional principles on the federal level. He later concluded: “I have faith that the Constitution will be saved..But it will not be saved in Washington. It will be saved by the citizens of this nation who love and cherish freedom. It will be saved by enlightened.men and women who will subscribe to and abide by the principles of the Constitution.”

Above is a quote from Earl Taylor Jr’s January 2009 Newsletter from National Center for Constitutional Studies. Earl writes this newsletter most months and has for a few years, maybe 15 or so. Earl Teaches all over the country classes and has a DVD set of the lectures he recorded from his 11-12 grade class at Heritage Academy in Mesa Arizona. I was fortunate enough to have 3 children attend his School and one attended these classes. I also worked for him as building maintenance and custodian, seeing close up his efficient business, management, motivational and teaching skills. Go to NCCS Website and see his newsletters and products that can help learn about the United States Constitution as it was intended to be known by the Founding Fathers. Earl has some solid recommendations that we can do to be involved and help make our government work better and more like the Founding Fathers designed it.
